A Tara Air Viking 9N-AHH Twin Otter carrying 18 passengers and three crew members en route to Jomsom from Pokhara has been missing. The plane took off from Pokhara at 7:47 this morning. The passengers included two tourists, according to Police. Lepsang Lama, Rewati Baral, Dolma Tsering Sherpa, Ralrashed Ahamad Aa (Kuwait national), Bal Krishna Niure, Mukti Nath Bastola, Binita Bhattachan, Krishna Lal Bhattachan, Moti Bahadur KC, Raj Kumar Tamang, Kamala Thakali, Kancha Pariyar, Dil Kumari Gauchan, Devi Jung Gurung, Fhenjock Gurung, Laxmi Hirachan, Pabitra KC, Mak Siu Wing (Chinese national), Roshan Manandhar (pilot), Bikesh Nempung (co-pilot), Rama Raut (air hostess) were on board the ill-fated plane. Tara Air has said that it has received reports of a missing plane. Details are yet to come.
