This is a video Footage of a Cable car which is swinging very dangerously as if it is going to fall down because of the heavy wind. This cable car was nearly about to flip 360 degrees and fall down on the earth because of the heavy wind. fortunately there were no passengers in the cable car and there was no any report of accidents and casualties.
