It was for the second straight day that marshals were rushed in the House to move out protesting BJP MLAs. Yesterday, BJP lawmaker OP Sharma was marshalled out. Vijender Gupta’s exit from the assembly even made for an amusing sight. The BJP legislator, one of the three BJP lawmakers, was physically removed as he refused to stop raising slogans during the House proceedings. Marshals rushed in to first drag him out of the house but when they didn’t succeed, they carried him on their shoulders. “The government is undemocratic. They are getting us beaten up. But we will not tolerate anything unconstitutional.
